Join Richard for a 60 minute talk exploring the true meaning of mindfulness and how we might incorporate its core principles into our busy lives.

There will be the opportunity to practice guided meditations developed to help us with moments of overwhelm and learn about techniques that can help build the resilience we need to cope with life’s many challenges.

This workshop is guided by Richard Timbs, a qualified and registered teacher of Mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based cognitive therapy. Richard has over 35 years of experience in various meditation techniques and began his Hatha Yoga practice 55 years ago at the tender age of 4.
