This 13 week ‘Morning Mindfulness’ course is the perfect way to develop a mindful path to a greater sense of wellbeing. Based on two of the most respected forms of secular mindfulness, mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based cognitive therapy, the course will evolve week by week, helping us to develop the key meditation skills and our understanding of the principles and attitudes of mindfulness.

Each 90-minute class will explore a new meditation practice and learn one of the key foundational attitudes. We will investigate how the 2500-year-old Buddhist tradition has been adapted and evolved into its current secular, western form, and how modern scientific disciplines such as neuroscience have shed new light on the remarkable potential for wellbeing that mindfulness can offer us.

Mindfulness is for life.  It takes commitment and it can be challenging, but ever so rewarding.
