Alison is qualified in DRU, YIN, RESTORATIVE AND YOGA NIDRA. Also a member of the DPN and insured through Balens. Alison's classes are user friendly and inclusive. Alison does not label her classes as beginners etc as she offers modifications so everyone can experience the joy of yoga and meditation .
