An Evening of Folk, Blues and Americana...

Otis Jay Blues Band
This high-octane Bournemouth quartet trace their roots to the Sixties scene that made stars of the Rolling Stones, Yardbirds and Fleetwood Mac. Virtuoso harmonica, plus saxophone and guitar, combine with a dynamite rhythm section to produce music that is both danceable and dynamic. Two years of well received gigs on the South Coast have proved OJBB have the combined and individual experience to entertain crowds big and small.

State of Undress
With speical guest Catie Lake
Husband and wife team Alan and Charlie Rose are founder members and main songwriters of State of Undress, a folk-rock band that’s played events from Cornwall to Inverness and over in Ireland. In 2017 they played Glastonbury for the first time! During the pandemic, Alan and Charlie played regular duo gigs on-line, and they are delighted to bring this intimate format to a live setting like Forest Arts.

Catie Lake is one of the leading Bodhran players in the Wessex region and has played with many established and emerging artists. Alan and Charlie are honoured to have her play with them tonight.
