Classes to connect, relax and revive. Whether you want to practice Yoga for fitness, meditation for movement or just an escape from society then this class is for you. 'My yoga class is for all levels from beginners to intermediate. As a beginner my yoga class will give you time to learn your poses and feel the benefit of each posture, enhancing your strength, flexibility and balance. You will also learn the purpose of each yoga flow. As an intermediate my class will give you the chance to take your practice further and deeper into the asana, taking your practice to your own goal. Finishing the class with a guided relaxation into Savasana, which is considered the final resting pose for a total relaxed state for the body and mind.'
What you need: Wear comfy clothes and bring water and a mat.
Tutor: Alison Metcalfe
Alison is qualified in DRU, YIN, RESTORATIVE AND YOGA NIDRA. Also a member of the DPN and insured through Balens. Alison's classes are user friendly and inclusive. Alison does not label her classes as beginners etc as she offers modifications so everyone can experience the joy of yoga and meditation .
Tickets: £60 for 10 week, £6.50 weekly.
