The Spring Equinox symbolises growth in the new season, a season of hope and fertility.
In this session we will explore ways of establishing new habits of wellbeing, planting seeds of good habit for personal growth in the year ahead, and hopefully for the rest of our lives.
We will explore how Mindfulness can provide us with the meditative tools and attitudes to bring equanimity to our, so often, difficult lives.
