Join yoga and mindfulness teacher Beth Macey-Macleod for a mindful walk and yoga session amongst the tall trees at Blackwater Arboretum.

Beth will guide you to slow down and come into the moment. To engage all your senses and come into a place of presence, marvel, and wonder.

Here in this vast place of limitlessness, every colour, shape, form, and sound is an opportunity to gaze and delight. Beth will guide you and take you on a joy-filled walkshop through the incredible trees, flora, and fauna in the forest.

After a 20 minute walk around the arboretum, you will be invited to stretch and deeply relax to the sounds of the forest with some gentle yoga.

This walkshop is inclusive, gentle, and nourishing. No experience with yoga is necessary. All postures can be moderated to suit everybody and flexibility. Please make Beth aware of any injuries you have before the start of the class.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat (a towel to put under your mat if it has rained)

What to wear: Please be mindful of the weather and wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Ticks are quite prominent in the forest so it is advisable to wear bug spray and do a tick check before leaving.

Location: We will meet at Blackwater Arboretum Car Park, Ornamental Drive, Lyndhurst, SO42 7QB

Time: Meet in the car park at 9.50 am from here we will walk together into the arboretum at 10 am.

Session: Tuesday 16 July.

Tickets: £3*
