Creative Figure Drawing
A vibrant, collaborative space bringing together local amateurs and more established artists alike. Working from a live model*, you’ll have the chance to experiment with fresh approaches to mark-making and imaginative techniques. Whether you prefer classic drawing methods or enjoy pushing into the abstract, these sessions invite you to create exciting work alongside a supportive group of like-minded creatives.
These untutored sessions are shaped by the group: each week, a different member suggests poses or ways of working — from quick, continuous-line sketches to longer, detailed studies. Together, we encourage and inspire one another to be curious, expressive, and bold in our art. Whether you’re a seasoned drawer or exploring the human figure for the first time, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
What you need: Paper will be provided but please bring your own variety of art materials including, pencils, pens, biro, charcoal, chalk and oil pastels. If you are new to drawing we have basic materials.
*Please note: The model will be nude.
