A creative and fun workshop focusing on playing with clay, exploring its different uses and bringing real and imaginary characters to life!

Join tutor Emily in a fun and messy art morning in our workshop, for a sensorial and playful experience! Ideal for 8- 12 years old.

When: Monday 17 February 2025 10 am-12pm

Tickets: £10 per child *materials included

What you need: Wear clothes you don't mind making a mess in and a bottle of water. Materials will be provided, but please bring your own if required.

Tutor: Emily Glen

Emily is an experienced sculptor and craft maker and has been working in the New Milton area creating and delivering work for several years. Emily has experience working in a local care home programming and delivering art activities and specialises in model making. Emily brings a lot of creativity to her work and allows participants to 'make their mark' and express themselves in a fun and safe way. Emily is an integral part of the Forest Arts Centre programming as she delivers the majority of our holiday clubs, creative camps and summer schools as well as teaching weekly for our Crafty Kids Club! Emily also works for Arnewood School in the Art Department making her a vital connection between Forest Arts Centre and the local school.
