Ballet at a slower pace which is easy to follow, aimed at beginners and those wanting more of a gentle exercise. Practice the basics at your own pace with no pressure, in a fun and relaxed environment.  

What you need: Wear comfy clothes, ballet shoes (although not essential) and bring plenty of water.

Tickets:  £84.50 or £6.50 per week.

Sessions: Wednesday 11 September - 11 December 2024 (no class 30 October), 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Tutor: Char Morris

Char is a Dorset based dance artist and community dance practitioner, and holds a Dance Degree after graduating from Arts University Bournemouth in 2023. Her training consists of contemporary, ballet, tap and modern dance. Char works in the community for multiple companies across Dorset, and specialises in Dance for Health and Wellbeing, along with Inclusive Dance. She has experienced working with a wide range of ages, from 0 - 90, and teaches with the idea that dance is for everyone.
