The plan for your Gnome creating day….

We will begin with deciding how we’d like to design our Gnome & what base we’d like to sit them upon.

Deciding this, we’ll start molding our air-drying clay into the shape of the Gnome.

Once we have the basic shape, we will then begin to add the details of the beard, hair, clothes & choose a bell for their hat, securing this into the clay.

When we are happy with our Gnome, we can then add all the little details around where they are sitting like flowers or toadstools which we can either make with clay or add from the natural things I will have ready for you to choose from.

Part one of your Gnome making will be complete, I will keep them safe until you return the following week when they will be dry & ready to paint.

Returning you will choose what colours you’d like to use for your Gnome. Then when this is completed, we can sit back & look at our beautiful Christmas Gnome and give them a name!

Tah Dah…. You will now have your very own bespoke Christmas Gnome made by yourself to take home & admire.

My art is inspired by the wonders of nature & this is where the inspiration came to make these Faery Houses & Doors, collecting wooden logs, bark, moss, cones, dried flowers & pebbles whilst walking with the elementals. Faery House & Faery Door workshops are now available here. This gives you the fantastical opportunity to create & make your own.
