Tutored Life Drawing (Autumn 21)

Join us in centre for tutored life drawing sessions within a relaxed atmosphere. Using a variety of materials and life models, this class is informal and perfect for beginners. 

What you need: Bring your own materials and a drawing board. 

We cannot provide equipment at this time. You will need: 

  • Charcoal sticks (any sizes)
  • White and coloured chalk pastels (any colour, any size)
  • Sketching pencil (any, HB is fine) 
  • Rubber and sharpener

Paper will be included for each session. 

Tutor: Emily Glen 

Emily is an experienced sculptor and craft maker and has been working in the New Milton area creating and delivering work for several years. Emily has experience working in a local care home programming and delivery art activities and specialises in model making. Emily brings a lot of creativity to her work and allows participants to 'make their mark' and express themselves in a fun and safe way. Emily is an integral part of the Forest Arts Centre programming as she delivers the majority of our holiday clubs, creative camps and summer schools as well as teaching weekly for our Crafty Kids Club! Emily also works for Arnewood School in the Art Department making her a vital connection between Forest Arts Centre and the local school.  

Tickets: £54 for 3 weeks

Sessions: three week term from Monday 13 September - 27 September, 1.30pm - 3.30pm
