What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat if you can and plenty of water. This class will be held in our theatre space, so parent can choose to watch the session or enjoy a delicious hot drink in our Cafe.
Tutor: Rebecca Rodrigues
Rebecca Rodrigues has been practising yoga for many years and has been a qualified teacher for 19+ years. She is trained in Sivananda Yoga which is a traditional restorative, energising and revitalising practice. It is an easy to learn style suitable for all. She teaches traditional yoga in and around the Bournemouth area, and undertook her training 19 years ago in Nassau, in the Bahamas. She went to Montreal, Canada later that year to train as a Children’s yoga teacher. Then she went back to the beautiful Bahamas the following year to take her Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist course which enables her to offer a rewarding experience for those wishing to heal through the practice of yoga and its philosophy. Rebecca’s yoga is suitable for everyone! She teaches all genders, ages and abilities. She teaches weekly adult classes in groups/online but also offers 1 to 1 sessions either online or at your home.
