Qi Gong

An introduction to Qi Gong, a mind-body-spirit practice that improves your mental and physical health by improving posture, movement and breathing technique.

Tutor: Alex Irwen

Alex has experience of high quality full spectrum classes and specialist personal training to a high-end client base (20 to 80+ age range). Formulating personal fitness action plans, agreeing personal goals and development of personal programing to achieve improvements in function, physical fitness and wellbeing. Conducting sports massage therapy as requires as well as Functional movement screening and fitness MOT’s and assessment’s.

Sessions: Thursday 15 July - 26 August 2021 (no class 12 Aug), 1pm-1.45pm
