Enjoy mindful movement under the sky* to help melt away tension in the body and mind.

Using 'breathe and stretch' we will create space in the body, encouraging energy to flow. Julie will lead you through a series of postures which link with the breath to help focus the mind and restore balance, whilst improving flexibility and strength and reducing stress. Sessions include warm-up, alignment, posture, breathwork and guided meditation for relaxation.

No previous experience necessary and suitable for all.*Weather permitting - the sessions will be held at New Milton Junior School Field. If weather conditions are not suitable, sessions will be moved into our Dance Studio.
