Part of Wellness Week 3 June - 10 June 2023 and Funded by The National Park Authority Communities Fund.
Together we will enjoy a journey of mindful exploration of the landscape. Engaging the senses in mindful play through a guided walk outside in Nature.
You will be invited to focus your attention on an aspect of nature; a blade of grass, a flower, a bird for example, and to experience this aspect through all of your senses.
You will experience peace and relaxation as you drop into more mindful relationship with life.
After the walk we will return to the Art Room you will be guided how to express this mindful experience into your own mindful mandala.
To finish you will be guided in a mindful meditation so you can enjoy the slow art you have created.
No experience with mindfulness or art is needed. Come with an open mind and be in joy.

DIRECTIONS:
Head to Telegraph Hill carpark using the address above. It is very close to a Y-junction.
At Telegraph Hill Carpark, turn towards the houses opposite the carpark. Follow the gravel track to the right of the houses. This will take you to a metal gate. You will need to drive through the gate.
Please make sure you close the gate securely behind you to stop ponies and donkeys wandering onsite.
Once you have gone through the gate, drive down the track for about 100 meters. You will come to a junction before you go down a steep track. Go through the metal gate on the right and follow this track all the way to the cottage. There is parking and space to turn around at Cameron’s Cottage.
Please keep to our 5mph speed limit as there may be young people using the area.
