Living Longer Stronger

Living longer stronger is a strengthening class that permits participants to experience, over the space of 6 weeks, how to enhance the quality of life by becoming stronger and therefore making it easier to follow their creative interests in life without or with less assistance.

Strength, balance, mobility and proprioceptive training are all key to give participants the freedom and ability to use their bodies better and longer, be it for the art of any kind of dance or perhaps a less physical art such as creating music, sculpting or painting.

'As a former dancer I recognize the importance of freedom in movement and the ability to hold ones body, seated, standing or flowing and this in turn requires an underlying strength that just as any art is encouraged through practice and repetition.' - Kim Polzer

Funded by Brighter Futures, to be eligible you must be a Hampshire Resident. To book your space please email jasmine.taylor@hampshireculturaltrust.org.uk
