Join us in our celebration of arts and wellbeing in aid of Parkinson's Dance: Kinetics Film Screening and Q&A with Creator/Actress Sue Wylie
What can a rebellious teenage boy who is into free running (Parkour) and a middle-aged woman with Parkinson's possibly have in common? THE DESIRE TO MOVE.
Kinetics is based on the remarkable true story of two people seemingly at polar opposites. As Rose tries to come to terms with her diagnosis, an unlikely friendship springs up when Lukas comes tumbling into her life. But will the bond between them be strong enough when things go wrong?
Join Sue Wylie for a Q&A after the screening.
Running time approx 1 hour.
The film is FREE and donations are welcome - all proceeds from this workshop go towards our Parkinson's Dance Class.
The Parkinson’s Dance class provides a creative, fun and social space where dance sparks imaginations, nurtures expression and empowers our bodies and minds to move and invent as the individuals we are, rather than the condition we have.' Pavilion Dance South West roll-out class.
