To mark mid-summer and the International Day of Yoga, join us at Forest Arts for a nourishing morning to feed body, mind and spirit.
A gentle seated yoga session focused on balancing the warming energies of the sun will be followed by a talk and meditation on how to kick start your own healing potential using the power of your energy field.
No previous experience necessary. The session will be seated with options to stand and if you prefer to be floor-based you are very welcome.
What you need: Wear comfortable clothes, plenty of water and we invite you to bring along your own mat. We also require participants over the age of 11 to wear face coverings in the centre.
Julie Hand is a regular tutor at Forest Arts. Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and teaching since 2003, her focus is on breath awareness and the benefits of breath led movement to promote health, wellbeing and peace of mind.
