A summer of fantastic music from some of the best musicians living locally. There's an amazing line-up each week, with some new performers to Forest Arts who are already making their name in the music scene, locally, nationally and internationally as well as some outstanding old friends. These are free events, but we ask that you book in advance to ensure a seat.The bar will be open, so come along, kick back and enjoy some wonderful music every Thursday evening this August.

Chris Hopgood is a professional, multi-instrumentalist with more than 20 years experience on the music scene, performing in a variety of bands covering a diverse range of music genres. Now pursuing a career as a solo performer, Chris's focus is on his first love, acoustic, fingerstyle guitar. Bringing together the influences of players including John Renbourn and Davy Graham, with a taste of blues and traditional folk, Chris plays a selection of self-penned songs and instrumental tracks, as well as his own arrangements of traditional music.
Cheese and Weasels are husband and wife Craig & Michelle, they play an eclectic mix of whatever takes their fancy from Folk to Blues to Music Hall and back again! Sharing vocals whilst being played on a mixture of guitar, fiddle, bass and harmonica, we'll let you decide who is Cheese and who is Weasels!
Carley Varley is an acoustic musician from Hampshire. After busking on the streets of Lymington she has gone on to win awards in Music and gig across the South West of England. Her debut EP Captured Memories is out now.
