Meeting at the metal gate on Lake Grove Road, New Milton.
What will the workshop involve?
Come and join a Forests Arts volunteer on a photographic stroll around Ballard Lake and Water Meadow. It doesn't matter what sort of camera you have, but you should know how to change it's basic settings such as shutter speed, aperture and ISO setting, even if you normally use it on auto. If you plan to use a phone camera then you may not have all these options but there should be some settings that you can customise. We will have time to experiment with the settings and you will then be able to compare the results.
We will be taking images of the autumn scenery and wildlife.
At Forest Arts we'd love to for you to send us your best shots so we can use so you will need to get permission from the other members of the group as they may feature in images.

What is Fun Palaces?
Fun Palaces is an ongoing campaign for cultural democracy, with an annual weekend of action every October.
The campaign promotes culture at the heart of community and community at the heart of culture. The weekend of action uses the combination of arts, craft, science, tech, digital, heritage and sports activities, led by local people for local people, sharing their own passions and skills, as a catalyst for community-led transformation, with active participation for all ages.
