Dancing Free is a fun and releasing embodied movement session - incorporating guided improvisation, storytelling, meditative relaxation, and great music.

Join Emilie for a verbally guided unique dancing experience for anyone who enjoys dancing for the joy of it. There is no required experience of dance or meditation to be able to take part.

Sessions will always begin with a meditative relaxation; as we enter the parasympathetic nervous system, we blend seamlessly into movement utilising, imaginative stimuli, movement play, and embodiment practices. We will take an imaginative journey into dance and movement, exploring the sense of self, whilst allowing ourselves to unleash the natural dance that lies within us. We enjoy a final cathartic and heartfelt dance before finishing with a short relaxation.

Session: Saturday 7 October & 14 October 1pm-3pm

Ticket: £12

FREE FOR FUN PALACES. SAT 30 SEPTEMBER, 1PM-3PM

Tutor: Emilie Barton
