Join Richard, a Mindfulness teacher and practitioner, on a 3 mile explorational walk through the beautiful Wilverley Inclosure in the New Forest.

Through formal and informal mindfulness meditations, we will learn to experience the full beauty of our environment by exploring our many, and often under used senses. The route covers 3 miles through beautiful woodland offering many opportunities to pause, meditate and reflect.

Suitable for all: whether you are an experienced mindfulness practitioner or a curious beginner, Richard will gently guide you through the basic concepts of mindfulness as we go. Paths are graveled and smooth with just a few slight gradients, so the route is suitable for all but the lightest mobility scooters.

What you need to bring: Appropriate clothing and footwear to suit the weather conditions, a drink and snacks, and although not essential, if you have one, bring a walking pole, this is very useful for standing meditations and reflection. But most importantly, bring with you your curiosity!

When and where: 4th December. 09:00 to 11:30. Wilverley plain car park, at the picnic area closest to the toilets.

Tickets: £3*

*Subsidised by Culture in Common, more info available here.
