Enjoy an early springtime energy boost in a beautiful place with good company. Expect the walkshop to be relaxed and playful. No experience is necessary and the walkshop is open to all.

As we welcome the slowly emerging energies of Spring, join movement, breath and dance practitioner Julie Hand on a creative Walkshop at Keyhaven Marshes.

Under the big winter sky, surrounded by the ever-changing bird life and water channels, Julie will guide you towards being present in the moment, connecting with the elements of nature.

As we walk via the Solent Way through a nature reserve rich in wildlife we will stop and explore together to create movement patterns which reflect the natural world around us.

We’ll be starting off from The Gun Inn at Keyhaven and following the Solent Way before cutting inland to follow an ancient highway, returning to the cosy pub for hot chocolate! Pen and paper will be provided to jot down creative ideas!

When: 31 January 2025 10:00-12:30

What to wear: Please be mindful of the weather and wear appropriate footwear and clothing that you can move in freely.

Where to meet: We will meet outside The Gun Inn, Keyhaven Rd, Keyhaven, Milford on Sea, Lymington SO41 0TP. Parking and toilets available just across the road at the Keyhaven Amenity Car Park.
