Creative Figure Drawing (Summe 25)

Join a group of local artists for creative figure drawing. Working with a live model*, this is your chance to explore new and different ways of mark-making and imaginative techniques. From classic drawing techniques to the abstract, this is an opportunity to work with like-minded creatives and to share the experience of producing exciting work.

The untutored sessions are a group led and each week members in turn offer suggestions for poses and ways of working - from quick continuous line sketches, to longer more detailed studies, we aim to encourage and inspire one another to be expressive in our work. Whether you are experienced or have never drawn the human figure before, you will receive a warm welcome.

What you need: Paper will be provided but please bring your own variety of art materials including, pencils, pens, biro, charcoal, chalk and oil pastels. If you are new to drawing we have basic materials.

Tickets: Full term (2h x 12 sessions) £156, £140.40 concession

Sessions: Thursdays 24 April - 16 July 2025 (no class on 28 May) 10:00am - 12:00pm
