Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, Core Flow: Pilates at Forest Arts Centre offers an energising and accessible Pilates experience for all levels.

 What is Core Flow: Pilates?

Core Flow blends classical Pilates with mindful movement to help you build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Each class focuses on:

  • Core stability and full-body alignment
  • Breath-led movement for greater control and calm
  • Conditioning exercises designed to energise and restore

What to wear: please wear comfortable clothing, socks (or bare feet), bring your own mat and  plenty of water.

When: Wednesdays 14 January - 2 April 2026 (no class on 18 Feb)  5-6 pm
 
Tickets: £66 full term (11 sessions - discounted option) or £7 drop in

RAD:- Registered, Tech Cert & Diploma, Silver Swans Licensed (Retired Examiner).

IDTA:- Registered Belly Dance & Theatre Branch Teacher.

BSY/ONC:- Pilates,  Hatha Yoga & Qigong Instructor.

Susan started dance training in Cyprus when she was 3. Having arrived permanently in the UK she auditioned for Bush Davis School, East Grinstead where she was taught by Noreen Bush, Joy Camden & Marjorie Davis, studying RAD Ballet alongside National, Character, Modern, Contemporary, Tap, Drama and Music. Susan trained as a ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance & later became an international Examiner & is  Silver Swans Licensed. She trained in Pilates & Hatha Yoga at first to benefit her dance students but soon realised the wonderful health and well-being benefits to people of all ages and abilities and developed her knowledge further with Qigong. Sharing her knowledge Susan aims to improve the health & wellbeing to adults of all abilities. Susan loves to teach, share her knowledge & passion. Believing first and foremost it must be enjoyable & fun.
