Fitness Yoga with Yoga wheel is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout without the long names and chanting known from more classic yoga styles. ... It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. The yoga wheel will assist with stretching, opening postures such as back bends and supporting certain poses and is a boatload of fun to use!
What to wear and what to bring?
Wear comfy clothing and bring your own wheel if you have one! We will provide these for you.
Tutor: Kim Polzer
Kim Polzer has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She moved from Austria to England 23 years ago and has continued working in fitness and health.
Over the years Kim has worked with a variety of clients. From children aged 4 to seniors aged 85. She has trained in every fitness level from post op patience to healthy individuals to athlete’s/Wimbledon juniors. Kim currently manages a corporate health club for Nuffield health, works as a freelance personal trainer and instructor and currently completing necessary qualifications to turn her sports therapy diploma into a degree to be able to work with sports clubs in the future.
