My name is Kim Polzer and have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I have moved from Austria to England 23 years ago and have continued working in fitness and health.
Over the years I have worked with a variety of clients. From children aged 4 to seniors aged 85. I have trained every fitness level from post op patience to healthy individuals to athlete’s/Wimbledon juniors. I currently manage a corporate health club for Nuffield health, work as a freelance personal trainer and instructor and currently completing necessary qualifications to turn my sports therapy diploma into a degree to be able to work with sports clubs in the future.
