Autumn 19 - Beginners Mixed Media Fine Art

Join in on this brand new fun filled weekly course & learn the basic techniques on a selection of mediums from watercolour, graphite, acrylic & pastel & other medias including papers & explore textures. We will touch on subjects including still life, abstract & basic portraiture as well as using your imagination to create unique pieces. This is the ideal course to learn a little bit of everything & learn tips & tricks along the way to combine mediums to create your own unique artwork.

What to wear and what to bring?

Wear clothes you don't mind making a mess in and your own art supplies if desired. We provide all materials.

Tutor: Emma Morrissey

Emma Morrissey is a practising Fine Artist based in Hampshire. With degree training,a teaching fellowship with the higher education academy & studying for herMasters in teaching she has many unique art tips & techniques to share.Showcasing her work in exhibitions across the south & multiple publicationsincluding the BBC, That’s Solent & Discover magazine. Emma is also apublished Author including her own business start-up guide for creative people.As a multi-disciplinary fine artist, Emma has a personal passion for realism portraiture which she has honed for over a decade with some of her pieces beingheld & admired by celebrities & royalty!
